About

Mission Statement

Inspira Care works with 16+ young people, who have complex needs and challenging behaviour and focuses on breaking the cycle of negative behaviours i.e. young people understanding triggers, rebuilding relationships and the impact of negative peers.

Our dedicated team strive to achieve the best outcomes for young people. We aim for young people to feel safe and protected whilst assisting young people to develop a greater understanding of their behaviours and assist young people to reach their full potential. We aim for our young people to have access to a range of facilities within the local community including good healthcare, activities, clubs and support networks

Young people who stay within the home short term will benefit from well-established routines and procedures that meet their needs. It is important that young people develop an understanding of boundaries and clear routines at their own pace and level of understanding.

Inspirecare aims to ensure all young people can:

  • Be heard/voice of the child
  • Be valued and feed into their support planning
  • Be involved in decision-making
  • Access a healthy diet
  • Take part in appropriate sports and physical activity
  • Access information and support regarding sexual health
  • Have access to CAMHS to assess mental or emotional needs
  • Develop resilience and skills in preparation for true adulthood
